well fans of ma' space its been a rather long time and i would have written a blog last week except i thought i should go my first full month without a blog in my spaces 15 month history, fyi it was august 2006. this blogs primary purpose is for me to reminisce (unsure of spelling) about my sexy weekend of which 41 hours were spent with alistair from 11pm friday until 4pm sunday. this other point that will get a mention is the whacked up shit (pj maE) that happened today, specifically the high winds/rain that resulted in a large tree falling over and the biggest lake in the history of the flat.
Friday night started at around 4:30pm when i set off in suit for alistairs house, an unfortunate mistake in the cross city tunnel sent our car through the seedy undergrowth of paddington and i eventually arrived at alis about 20 seconds before amealzy who was picking me up. gave a shout out to al' before jumping in for the trip to the $$$$ed up north east (btw those $$$$ mean cash not fuck). Arrived 10 minutes early and 20 mins before the next other guests i experienced the first of about 1000 photos i was in throughout the night. Pres was fairly unnotable, except amelia went phsyco when she discovered the ticket had been left at home and there was no chance we would be let in without it. As it happened the guy didnt even check our tickets...thats women for ya.
Arrived at formal smoothly, heard loud rave/techno crappy music playing...this continued throughout the night to my dissapointment. As this blog is quickly growing in length ill skip over the formal. i looked sexy and won best dressed guy. the apron chick
after party at louisas, yeah! where the real party began. alex (wells) taught me several different dancing styles including the challenging and elusive eurovision pulldown thing. had my two drink quota and met up with ali who arrived around 11:15 wearing a suit for some formal after party action. and one we were driven out of louisa's and moved onto the after after party at jose's who for the record is the funnist person alive. met gus and steph who hadnt been at formal but wanted to go to after afters. Went into joses apartment, started mixing cocktails. Recipe for 'The Jed': 30ml midori 30ml coconut rum 30ml vodka 90ml fruit juice of your choice (apple mango works well) mix in a seedy mug. drink. enjoy. well after a few jeds, gus and steph were making out and crying and swearing, jose was being her usual drunken crazy self, amelia was being a tight ass and not letting anyone have any more alcohol and ali and i were sittin' back and laughing at everyone except gus who was very scary. amelias dad came and took amelia who made him take the rest of the alcohol with them at about 3. then kat mounted ali and started hooking up with him and steph, check his neck for proof
bus to alis, played cluedo. i won. shorty and baz will agree with me. alistair will try and claim i somehow cheated. debating dinner was alright, i got the best mention out of anyone, alistair got the worst. burnt some shite. the usual. went back to alis, slept.................. next day walked to karas via foodworks for a bubbleobill which was below my expectations but only $1.50 and that was me and alis sexy biatch of a weekend. hell yeah.
secondly, today at school this bitchin new tree that was huge but no one had ever seen before fell down and half crushed the cricket nets and sorta damaged this car, someone really should sue the department of education. i get 10% for suggesting the idea.
tomorrow night off to cheez's apparently which should be good. love jed p.s happy birthday to nina and ella L who both celebrated their birthdays yesterday. 7월 27일 the worlds WORST daymood: grumpy (can't use emoticons)...mood improving from stress release through blog writing. music: pretend we're dead - L7 hurts so good - john mellencamp right back where we started from - maxine nightingale better off alone - alice deejay children of the revolution - t-rex sounds of then - gangajang young turks - rod stewart great train robbery - black uhuru msn: not on, too distracting. waa! Came back from 'nam in the wee hours of sunday morning, spent the usual days chillaxin' around school on mon, tues, wed with Ali T, Dommy B, Serbanicles and the Empside Boyz, and too many to name. Thats all well and good but the primary purpose of this blog is to bitch about how shit today was and to tell you all about how khalid tackled harry into the mud which he made me promise i'd write a blog about.... Todays ellaborate schedule: 6am - jerked awake to the sounds of some shitty comerical radio station. shut up alarm, went down about 20 stairs (i think i'll count them) showered, re clothed, breaked my fast and headed off to die schule at 6:45. arrived to "pump iron" at 7:30, pumped iron with josh until shorty and brynley wandered in around 8 complaining of delayed buses and helping out 1st grade who were misteriously training. Got sick for some reason at 8:30 and went to change room to sit there for awhile. Got better and headed off to RC as they call roll call in the industry. 9am - had '60 seconds with mr ockert' then proceeded to try really hard for first 14 questions of australian maths comp sponsered by the bank with no convienient atms, westpac. the only distraction was that the answer to the 1st question was 6.9. MCQ and McSeveny, they get everywhere ;). Got up to question 15 which was appallingly worded and didn't made sense. Gave up on doing maths test and sat around ipoding and scrawling the rest of test time away amusing myself by looking at mr ockerts vague attempts at drawing a clock on the board...im still sure hes never actually seen a clock. he should stick with digital like other teachers and members of the uneducated classes. 11am - recess, uneventful. national chemistry quiz, the 2nd test/comp/assessment of the day. I didn't think it was too bad, highlighted by the usual test traditions at 11:25 ;). For some reason one of the questions was a song about elements which was rather amusing, sung that is rounds with Shahar and Josh for awhile. 12pm - i think im vaguely right with the times here. Maths! the 1st good bit of the day, chillaxed in 10Maeroom for pd 4 and lunch as usual. argued with pat who doesn't beleive one way mirrors such as seen in law and order exist in real life. he of course was wrong. 1pm - set off for eng assessment, unsure of whether or not I was properly prepared. Dano and shorty went psyhco writing from the start but dano didn't seem to write that much more then me, I finished seconds from the end and think i did alright. Howland said we should be proud of ourselves for lasting such a shit day (she didn't say shit but i've toned it down as what she said isn't appropriate for the internet). then we all cheered and she said "not that proud" the closest to a joke shes ever been....closer then stein though. 2pm - the whole class headed down to 303 sure that 'we'd refuse to do work and make magneets let us bludge'. as it happened we seemed right. I got down there to find people graffiting the board with new class rules such as don't follow the teachers instructions, kenny 500 days detention and no mentioning science. Manolios arrived and once she restored order tried to claim that we had yet another test to complete before we were free. this was met with the most anarchy i've ever seen against a teacher (who is normally respected). everyone was banging and yelling for about 2 minutes straight before she gave me and dom detentions, sent dom out, took marks from curries and moved everyone to far flung corners of the room. The whole thing was very amusing with laughter all around, particularly when manolios tried to clean the marker off the board with spray stuff and it took awhile to come off and she dropped the cleaning stuff. meh, she deserved it for making us do another cta (comp, test, assessment). the thing itself i was too tired to do and failed, shame its worth 80% of science yearly. 3pm - school over, set off for thugby. B's stayed seperate the whole time and actually acheived something. if i wasn't so exhausted i would have enjoyed it. no scriv warm up and finally someone recognised we are infact capable of mauling. 4pm - not much happened in this hour, oh expect khalid tackled harry into mud while harry was trying to stay clean, please congratulate khalid, hes very happy with himself 5pm - finished rugby, left brynley and dano to take ednamobile and headed off with DB for showers....met ethnic rugbiers who had already showered and let the warm water wash over my body...mmmm..... 6pm - got clothed and rushed to city so we could use bus passes. it was rather dark outside as it always is when you leave the gym around 6 having been in there for over 1/2 an hour. went to bus stop and got respectable bus at 6:24, sucessfully using bus pass. came home pissed off i had been out for 12 hours. and settled into food and blogging. At any rate tomorrow promises to be better (nodding) note: this blog is pledged to all those who suffered this horendious day with me. - most notably 2 of ma main men, shorty and josh. respect. 6월 29일 playin' the datin' gamemood: stupid emoticons arent working on my space!!! how will my mood section continue???? music: total eclipse of the heart - nicki french sugar high - coyote shivers this is the day - the the lets stick together - bryan ferry and roxy music you sexy thing - hot chocolate kiss me - sixpence none the richer keep on loving you - REO speedwagon cigarettes will kill you - ben lee (singer not the tall one or the retarded one) msn: timmy joo (the fatty from ip forever fatty never), ali T (one month aniversary brutha), s to the erban, ali B (the not so good ali) 1 x convienient inner city park 2 x friends/one true loves 1 stick of cabanossi 95c 450g bread stick $2.49 250g slab of butter $1.47 300g tin of corn kernels 79c 200g kettle chips $2.98 300g of jam and cream sponge cake roll things $2.28 1 litre of sweet sweet golden circle mango and apple juice $1.79 and most importantly......... 30g of precious precious NOUGATTI BAR 59c now thats what i call a recipe for some sweet sweet upper middle class inner city picnic first date man lovin' fun. (nods head satisfiedly) it all started at 2:30ish when school finished early (PTIz) me and shorty escaped howlands tyranical room setting bricade party bound for 202 to gather ali (who seemed a wee bit grumpy) and then a bus (399) from anzac (zakky to the locals) parade off to elizabeth near bathurst. T-bag and myself split up from shorty and dano off to woolies met (the real one not the seedy 1 checkout abomination of the same name in coogee). we gathered up some posh supplies for our posh picnic (see above) and headed off towards hydey P (hyde park) to get some 1st date/one month anniversary picnic action. we started on the nougatti, the worlds povest cheapest confectionary bar, but none the less an excellent starter 1st course. Next on the menu was cabanossi/bread stick/corn which we devoured. Then annabel randomly turned up uninvited and blew into our picnic. of course, us being us we greeted her amiably and hid our disgust. next we moved onto kettle herb and spice chips with mouth (p)fulls of my fav juice in between. we ended on the swiss roll as ali calls it. which was delicious and left me rather (p)full. After extensive goodbye hugs from ali (T) and even more extensive various goodbye rituals with annabel (which were watched intentally by a nearby asian) i walked off leaving ali and annbel together in hydey. A lovely date all round. the beginning of a tradition of monthly dates. the next one will be only days after i next see ali. For all you uninformed im off to vietnam all hols and the 1st week back and shant be seeing any of y'all for almost a month. Lets just all take a moment to brace ourselfs for the emotional impact. ... ... ... ... ok, thats sufficent time, now to leave you with my typical blog finishing joke: PAT! ahhh what a joke. 6월 21일 Life & Rugby (in no particular order)mood: hmmm...emoticons aren't working for some reason...i guess I'll have to go for the good ol' :) music: four seasons in one day - crowded house turn turn turn - the byrds someday - nickelback what chu want - j wess (my hero, australian gangstaaaaa) you aint seen nothin yet - bachman turner overdrive howzat - sherbet msn: the one and only db, serbanicles, HARRO (grunts in scriv style oafish way), osh, mealzy, hivan Rugby: once again the 15's have been subjected to yet another of scrivs hairbrain (unsure of spelling) schemes. this time it seems he just might have pulled it off. Were in colour teams and we lose points everytime we fuck up at training, naturally scriv the pessimest doesn't award points for good skills, behaviour or effort. so the scores are something between -10 and -40... the mighty brown team captained by the one and only James Ip. Ip being the scriv elected captain is the only A in the team alongside big names such as dom, limmy, jed, jeds brown lost enterprises shirt, khalid, varan, tim li, tang, chamberlain, jono and many many more ethnics that are too insignificant to mention. naturally, we're coming last coz scriv uses any excuse to deduct points from b's and our team is loaded with them. In other rugby related news the C's good well be a show for next term although i'm not getting too confident as my life to date has been full of broken promises. Life: The latest development in life is the world cup which is definatly the worlds best sporting event. closly followed by everyones favourite olympics, the winter olympics :D (still dont think emoticons arent working). The other great event of the 21st century is gigantis! my one love. yes she sure is great...alistairs nose this is for all you unaware. I was actually going to write a blog about my weekend which was really just a rugby game and a risk (and more) night...Alistair (pronounced ali stair) gave a reasonable if not somewhat biased and jed-hating account of the risk night and match reviews really arent my style. The risk night was pretty good, played some risk, raped some ass...the usual. Things really got good afterwards tho, in pats backyard. wont say too much more in this public space available to all on the world wide web we know as the internet. Anyway, the 5 (the 2 real 611ers and the 3 middle easties) in conjunction with the churchies and westies plan to set a new record in relation to above mentioned topic. ;) Thats the end of todays blog which is somewhat stunted as it was written in several sections as i watched spicks and specks (one of my one loves) in between. to end: What do blondes and turtles have in common? When they are on their backs they are screwed. 6월 4일 Freezing Fridaymood:

Friday always promised to be a good day, as anything at Luna Park/organised
by the SBHS science department would be.
It started bright and early ready to depart to a family breakfast at a cafe
on the corner of forbes and burton (incidentally it was called Forbes and
Burton). Enjoyed a lovely Vanilla Rice topped with stewed pear and raspberries
and a pleasant hot chocolate. I turned to leave and as I walked through the door
I heard the deep booming masculine voice that could only belong to Mr
Bowman,
"Shouldn't you be at school?"
I turned and spotted Mr Bowman holding hands with a woman i presume was his
girlfriend, in answer to shortys question...she was pretty good but Bowman could
do better.
I walked up to Taylor Square and got on a 373/377/392/394/396/397/399 bound
for SBHS. Arrived ready to leave for Luna Park on a "science" excursion.
Everyone was handed a booklet full of elaborate questions with crazy formula
that no one could actually do and we set off courtesy of Telford
Coaches/Buses.
For some reason we arrived at 10:30 when Luna Park didn't open til 11. This
was a perfect opurtunity for a stair race! Must have been about 5 flights of 10
stairs each that went up the steep hill just outside Luna Parks entrance. The
participants were Me, Tom, Lachy, klsmp73 (Kenny), Serban and Josh. After a
start in which Josh (i think) cheated we all bounded up the hill. It was pretty
close when we got to the top with serban struggling due to lack of fitness. That
was where the boys were seperated from the Men. Sprinting down the hill in 1st
and 2nd were me and tom, obviously caring least about having a fatal accident.
In 3rd and 4th were josh and lachlan, 5th was serbanicles and last was kenny who
gave up coz he couldn't cope with the intense competition.
When the race was over everyone was pumped so i ended up in this scrum with
me and serban was the 2nd row. There wasnt an opposing team so we just sorta
charged into a crowded group of people. Ip got in the way but Rob (prop) came
off worse from that.
Went on rides and shit for awhile. The highlight was probably a very
memorable trip on the Ferris Wheel and then an even more rememorable trip on the
flying saucer.
Left Luna in a drizzling rain, on buses back to school. Left school on bus
to city. Shorty went to have a haircut, whilst me, ali B, calum and harry set
off for the wrapz near the one and only rebel pitt street. I would deem it
excellent. Very filling. Next time i think i wont bother with the chips and
drink. Slowly and very confusingly met up with others. Very weird friday city
afternoon. At about 6:20 the debaters left leaving just me, kara, mealzy and
calum sitting in a lovely booth at maccas pitt and park.
At about 7:15 the four of us left for Elizabeth st, easty bus rd as they
call it. It was too cold outside so me and kara broke open one of my
entertainment book vouchers and had a 'large hot cocoa' for $4.10 ($2.05 each)
the good ol; buy one get one free can't be beaten.
Got on a bus which left me and calum at buslane in heavy rain and about 3
degrees of celcius. Crossed Anzac Pde and headed for debating, arriving somewhat
wet. Chaired the A's (Lucian, Dominic, Zid. oh, and Pat). The topic was
political as usual. Lucian and shorty failed to break into double digits for
their ladies and gentlemen counts however Zid managed a solid 26
L&G's.
The Ladies and Gentlemen records counted by me stand thus:
1st Place - Shorty (49) 2nd Place - Zid (48)
3rd Place - Lucian (21)
Once the debate was over I headed down to the staff common room for some
supper. While the debaters had a debriefing from Wodak Ali and I set off for the
male staff toilets. On the way we passed the late ID swipe card place, being me
i couldn't resist scanning my ID card at 9:23pm and seeing what happened. It
printed my late note for friday saying i arrived at 9:23pm and had missed
printed in every period. haha josh i beat you! Then, in another moment of
amusing genius just as pat was about to sit down i pulled the chair out of the
way and watched pat crash to the ground like the person that he is.
Went home, watched crazy 0-0 for 70 mins league game watched chaser and
went to bed.
I'm 23 now but will i live to see 24 the way things is going i don't
know. 5월 28일 The end ain't near...Mood: music: whiter shade of pale - procol harum four to the floor - starsailor ( think this is my official blogging song, it always seems to come on) lily, rosemary and the jack of hearts - bob dylan (the song with 'plot') msn: the 2 ali's (Ali T and Ali B), Now I'm sure you're all desperatly worried about the lack of a blog on 'ma space' in the last 13 days. Hopefully you havent assumed ive given in to the man (shahar) and stopped blogging. If you have, youve let me down. You people sicken me. More on that later, for now however. the reason for no blogging is that my life has simply been chugging along fairly uneventfully for the last 2 weeks P.E (post exams). That is until this weekend. Unfortunatly (for y'all) im not giving a detailed blow by blow account of my weekend. I'm sure someone (please?) will write a match review of the 15B's game v scots 14a's so read that. The rest of my weekend is summed up fairly well in ali's blog which is always good for a read. This blog is really nothing more then a holler out to ma posse, letting y'all no the bloggin is still happenin', so don't give up...something interesting WILL happen in my life that no one else has already written a blog about. In other news the pieces are slowly starting to fall into place in relation to 3x3...be ready for its red carpet premier aimed for december 2006. Secure your tickets to the premier on sale in october for $5 through your nearest tiketek or ticketmaster outlet. or just ask jed dan or ali. That is all my dearests, Love Jed |
